Great and absolutely perfect location in a pretty nice area, so close to buses and the Lotte Department store. the rooms come with a DVD player, massage chair, and a comfortable bed. - Exceptionally nice breakfast with options for both Western and local tastes.

The location was great, right next to a department store and with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I also enjoyed the message chair after a long day of work. The breakfast had a variety of delicious options.

The coffee at the hotel was not good. The taste was not to my liking and it was a bit weak.

As a larger group of friends, we loved the spacious rooms and the comfortable beds. the massage chairs in our rooms were a great touch for relaxation. the breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious options. the location was central, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shopping options nearby. the hotel also provided a DVD player and movies to borrow from the lobby. It was easy to access the major intercity bus terminal from the hotel.

Felt completely relaxed, no complaints at all.

The food was amazing! the buffet breakfast had a wide variety of delicious and healthy dishes to choose from. I also loved that the staff upgraded our room to a luxury room with a massage chair. the service was excellent, with accommodating and professional staff. I will definitely visit again!
